Pactumize är ett Legal Tech-bolag som utvecklar och licensierar en contract management-plattform till stora och medelstora bolag. En av grundarna är advokat Anders Perméus som även har grundat Avtal24 och Agreement24 GmbH. En annan av grundarna, chefsutvecklaren Jakob Fireld, har tidigare utvecklat Avtal24:s plattform. Bolaget ägs av grundarna och riskkapital.
Pactumize is a Legal Tech company that develops and licenses a contract management platform to large and medium-sized companies. One of the founders is Attorney Anders Perméus, who has also founded Avtal24 and Agreement24 GmbH. Another founder, chief developer Jakob Fireld, has previously developed Avtal24’s and Agreement24 GmbH´s platform. The company is owned by the founders and venture capital.
Om tjänsten/About the position
Du kommer att ingå i en grupp med juriststudenter där du kommer att lära Dig att konfigurera vårt avtalsverktyg; Pactumize Contract Builder. Det är ett s k contract automation-verktyg som gör det möjligt för icke-jurister att utforma och även förhandla avtal. Våra kunder är stora och medelstora bolag. Konfigureringen består av att bolagens avtal implementeras in i Pactumize molntjänst. För att bryta ned komplexiteten måste ett mycket enkelt användargränssnitt skapas. Detta görs genom regelsättning av systemet (konfigurering) när frågeflödet skapas. Du kommer att arbeta med skarpa kundcase hos stora svenska och europeiska bolag. Arbetet sker huvudsakligen på kontoret på Vasagatan i Stockholm, men besök hos kunderna kommer ibland vara nödvändigt. Du kommer att få arbeta med både utvecklare och jurister i syfte att vara med och bygga långsiktiga relationer med kunderna. Pactumize erbjuder ett spännande arbete med ett högt tempo och stora utvecklingsmöjligheter. Om du är ute efter din första erfarenhet inom Legal Tech är detta en ypperlig möjlighet. Du kommer att vara timanställd vid behov och för de kundprojekt som initieras. För att vara aktuell för tjänsten måste du finnas tillgänglig för fem (5) heldagar praktisk utbildning hos Pactumize.
You will be part of a group of law students where you will learn how to configure our contractual tool; Pactumize Contract Builder. It is a so-called contract automation tool that allows non-lawyers to design and even negotiate agreements. Our customers are large and medium-sized companies. The configuration consists of implementing the company’s agreement into Pactumize cloud service. To break down the complexity, a very simple user interface must be created. This is done by regulating the system (configuration) when the questionnaire flow is created. You will work with crispy customer cases for major Swedish and European companies. The work is mainly executed at the office at Vasagatan in Stockholm, but visits to customers will sometimes be necessary. You will work with both developers and lawyers in order to build long-term relationships with the customers. Pactumize offers exciting work with a high pace and great development opportunities. If you are looking for your first experience in Legal Tech, this is a great opportunity. You will be employed by hour as needed and for the customer projects initiated. To be up to date for the service, you must be available for a five (5) days full-time practical training at Pactumize.
Om dig/About you
Du är juridikstuderande och har läst CA, d v s avtals- och kontraktsrätt och vi tror att Du är ute efter ett kvalificerat deltidsarbete. Vi tror även att Du är nyfiken på Legal Tech och de stora förändringar som juristbranschen genomgår. Konfigureringen kräver ingen programmeringskunskap, men ett logiskt tänkande och datorvana. Datorn kommer vara ditt främsta arbetsverktyg, varför vi ser att du är van vid att hantera olika system. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av någon typ av datorprogrammering, ser vi det som mycket meriterande. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska. Som person trivs du med att arbeta i högt tempo och i en fartfylld miljö. Är du driven, ambitiös och flexibel efter kunders behov – är detta rätt plats för dig.
You are legal student and have finished CA, i.e. contract law, and we believe that you are looking for a qualified part-time job. We also believe that you are curious about Legal Tech and the major changes that the law industry is experiencing. Configuration requires no programming skills, but a logical thinking and computer skills. The computer will be your primary work tool, so we see that you are used to managing different systems. If you have previous experience with any type of computer programming, we consider it highly appreciated. You have very good knowledge in Swedish and English. As a person, you enjoy working at high speed and in a fast-paced environment. Are you driven, ambitious and flexible according to customer needs – is this the right place for you.
