Pactumize (www.pactumize.com) is a Legal Tech company that develops and licenses a contract management platform for large and mid-sized companies. One of the founders is Anders Perméus, lawyer and Founder of Lexly (formerly Avtal24 & Agreement24 GmbH). Another of the founders, Jakob Fireld is chief developer, and the developer of Avtal 24's platform. The company is owned by the founders and venture capital. You will learn how to configure customers' contract flows in Contract Builder, which enables non-lawyers to draft and negotiate agreements in the Negotiation Room. To break down complexity, a very simple user interface and Legal Design must be created. You will work with sharp customer cases at large Swedish and European companies. You are a law student and have studied contract and contract law and we believe that you are looking for a qualified part-time job. We also believe that you are curious about Legal Tech and the major changes that the legal industry is undergoing. The configuration requires no programming knowledge, but a logical thinking and computer skills. The computer will be your foremost work tools, which is why we see that you are used to handling different systems. Do you have previous experience of some type of computer programming, we see it as very meritorious. You have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
